The Barbara Luksanen Gill Scholarship honors a lifelong resident of Sandwich, a descendant of the town's early families, and its dedicated Town Archivist for 28 years. This annual scholarship is awarded to a graduating Sandwich High School senior who demonstrates a deep understanding of the town's history through an essay. Funds for the scholarship are raised through generous donations and FOSTA’s ongoing fundraising efforts.

Our Adopt a Book conservation program highlights some of the most significant books and objects in the Sandwich Town Archives that require restoration and care. Donors will be recognized with a custom bookmark featuring their personal inscriptions. This is a wonderful opportunity for gift-giving, memorials, and celebrating important milestones.​ We are proud to continue our ongoing collaboration with Talin Bookbindery to ensure the preservation of these cherished items.
